Vantage Performance has worked with the Newlands team to help implement Proactive Performance structures and Strategic Planning which have seen the business grow.

Following a review, we implemented business initiatives that included internal project management planning, capital raise, cashflow initiatives and our MD joined the advisory board. Following a full Proactive Performance review and integration, our team introduced Strategic Growth initiates to help build a solid platform for the business to launch from.

Business Refinance and Restructure

Vantage Performance developed a business refinance strategy supported by a financial model which was taken to market, negotiated, supported and secured with major financiers. This allowed the business to free up cashflow and implement their business growth strategy.

The end result was an overhauled estimation and review process and $5M of working capital to repair the balance sheet.

The team at Cor Cordis were engaged and ran a very professional and successful Voluntary Administration process resulting in creditors receiving 100 cents in the dollar and the business successfully sold to one of the key shareholders. Most importantly, the business survived and employees were retained.
