Business Refinance and Restructure

Vantage Performance developed a business refinance strategy supported by a financial model which was taken to market, negotiated, supported and secured with major financiers. This allowed the business to free up cashflow and implement their business growth strategy.

The end result was an overhauled estimation and review process and $5M of working capital to repair the balance sheet.

Within a few days of being engaged we identified circa $80m in initiatives to stabilise the group which gave the Board confidence to move forward whilst they explored various restructuring options.

We implemented and project managed the business stabilisation plan which provided the necessary cash runway to allow the group time to achieve a restructure.
