Within a few days of being engaged we identified circa $80m in initiatives to stabilise the group which gave the Board confidence to move forward whilst they explored various restructuring options.
We implemented and project managed the business stabilisation plan which provided the necessary cash runway to allow the group time to achieve a restructure.
